Meet The Team ~ Sensei Hayden Meredith 

My journey started back in 2012 when I fell in love with the art and grace of karate. I became interested in karate since I was a little boy growing up watching superhero cartoons and fighting videos after school and wanted to try it for myself. After years of practice, tears, sweat and determination, I was awarded my black belt when I was 16. I have now been a black belt for 8 years and I have been very fortunate to pass on my wisdom to the younger and older generation through my very own club. My club journey started in 2019 and has been steadily growing over the years and I am very proud of my students that have poured their hearts into these sessions.  I am very honoured to mention that I have successfully been appointed IMAC Scottish President and will be organising competitions very soon!
